The information on this page represents the terms and conditions for Surface Graphics sales made to individuals directly through Surface Graphics online store. These terms do not apply to retail partners or other resellers of the company’s products or to individuals who made their purchase through said partners. ShippingOrders
of in stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. We do not ship
to P.O. Boxes. At the time of placing your order you will have the
option to choose your preferred shipping method, all shipping costs
will be displayed at the time of order.
Upon
placement of order, please check your confirmation email to ensure that
the ship to address is correct. If there is an error, contact us
immediately to correct the information. Once a package has been
shipped, there is a $25 redirect charge if the address needs to be
changed while the package is in transit.
All US domestic orders, of $65 or more, receive free UPS ground shipping (Not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii).
Customs charges and additional taxes may
apply on international orders, determined by the ship to country. These
charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.Return PolicyWe at Surface Graphics, LLC work hard to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, but in the event that you are not complete happy with your order we will accommodate you with an exchange. Surface Graphics does not offer monetary refunds on purchases.
To exchange a product call 877-544-2287 to initiate the exchange process, exchanges are accepted when post marked within 7 days of the original date of receipt. The product(s) must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping box. Items may be shipped to Surface Graphics, LLC at 340 North 12th Street Suite 709, Philadelphia, PA 19107. Surface Graphics is not responsible for items which are lost in transit and suggest that you insure or certify the package at the time of shipping.
In the event that you would like to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of your initial order. You may email us at orders@thesufacestore.com or call 877-544-2287 to cancel your order.
Surface Graphics does not offer shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise, nor does the company offer refunds or returns on any custom designed products. Products purchased through a third party partner are not eligible for exchange through Surface Graphics and must be returned according to the return or exchange policy set forth by that partner.

Unless otherwise requested by you, we use your email address and occasionally your telephone number solely to correspond with you regarding your order.
